Mark Ceolin is the Founder and President of Red Gate International, a full-service communications, media, and trade services organization with offices in Toronto, Shanghai, and Singapore. Since 2005, Red Gate has served commercial, artistic, and government clients, providing strategic publicity, event planning, and creative services across North America and Asia.

As Founder and Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, Mark has established himself as a leading advocate for Canadian trade and investment interests in China. His multilingual expertise in English, Mandarin, Italian, French, and Japanese has enabled him to bridge cultural and business relationships across diverse markets.

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in creative direction and media production, having worked extensively in television, film, and theatrical productions. His leadership has facilitated major trade missions for Ontario, connecting Canadian businesses with Asian partners and investors. Notable projects include supporting Premier trade missions to Vietnam, China, and ASEAN markets, directly contributing to new bilateral agreements and business partnerships.

An accomplished academic with a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, Mark combines scholarly rigor with entrepreneurial vision. He has been recognized with the Governor General's Medal for Contribution to Canada-China Relations (2013) and the University of Waterloo Alumni Achievement Award (2016).
